Brad Johnson Realty, operating under eXp Realty, does not currently share website leads or personal contact information with mortgage lenders or lending partners for referral or marketing purposes.
Our mortgage and affordability calculators are intended to provide general educational estimates. Using these tools does not constitute a mortgage application, preapproval request or authorization to share your information with a lender.
If lender-referral services are introduced in the future, applicable disclosures will be reviewed and updated and required permissions will be obtained before information is shared for those purposes.
